| What We and Our Partner Corporations Do |
- Identify local, national and international resources for workforce development, job and career training needs, initiate partnerships and implement solutions for high-in-demand and selective training requirements, locally, nationally, and globally.
- Plan, develop and initiate industry standards-based workforce, academic and vocational training programs in response to community needs.
- Develop and implement with employer partners new initiatives in career training to ensure effective, intensive training programs that enable a rapid turnaround in re-skilling and preparing entry and advanced level employees.
- Respond to worker dislocation with rapid-response training teams designed to ensure as fast as possible reengagment of employees in career pathways.
- Provide specialized training in response to Homeland Security and Emergency Services meeting all state and federal requirements utilizing extensive experiental skills in disaster and emergency services prepardness.
- Create new and expand existing programs that provide skills to youth promoting and increasing challenge and adventure programs as foundations for careers in the military.
- Inspire behavioral change in individuals and groups by providing diverse, dynamic, skilled facilitators and programs.
- Provide a range of internationally skilled leaders and teams to implement workforce development and employee training programs, locally, nationally and globally.
- Assessment, audit, evaluation and performance improvement services within the workforce development community.
- Management and operation of career training academies.
- Facilitate programs for staff and student leadership development, self-empowerment, diversity and skills training, specific to the operation of U.S. DOL Job Corps Centers.
- Design, plan, build, refurbish and revitalize career and vocational training academies and similar educational and training facilities
